How does this process work?

Here’s a typical example:
1. You order 1,000 followers at 2 PM Eastern.
2. Later that day, or the next day depending on our schedule, we review your order and note your current follower count.
3. We send the order to our fulfillment team.
4. Our fulfillment team adds the order to their queue, but they may have hundreds of other orders to fulfill ahead of yours.
5. We check on the order every day to see how it’s progressing.
6. Once the order is finished we mark it “complete” which automatically sends you an email.
7. It may still take another 24-48 hours before the counts are updated publicly.

Note: We are actively working on automating this process so that there’s less human interaction.

Can I see followers on my mobile app?

Yes, click the gear icon to view your settings and then click on your profile to see your followers. Remember it may take a few days for Spotify to update the public counts.

My order is taking longer than expected to complete

Our estimates are exactly that – estimates. A typical order takes a certain amount of time but sometimes our vendor has a lot of other orders ahead of you or experiences a technical problem which means that your order will not be completed in time. Please be patient.

We monitor your order every day and will order from a different vendor if we see that the first vendor is taking too long. In this case you may end up with up to double the order at no cost to you because the first vendor might finish before the second vendor gets started.

We have no control over when the order will be finished. In many cases, the vendor finishes the order but Spotify doesn’t update their counts for a day or two. There’s nothing we can do about either situation.

How long will it take to deliver the followers?

The delivery time varies according to the quantity and the current system load.

Orders are manually sent to our fulfillment team within 12-18 hours depending on the time of day we receive them. We are working to automate this part.

The fulfillment team adds the orders to their queue and there may be many orders ahead of yours.

Small, simple orders like artist/user followers usually finish within a few hours after we submit them to the fulfillment team.

Large or complex orders like song/playlist plays where we have to play each song may take a few days to completely finish especially if there are several people ahead of you.

What if I ordered the same thing from you and your competitor?

Ouch. That hurts, but we understand.

We use the counts from Spotify to tell when your order is complete. If you order 1,000 followers from two websites, and they start around the same time, both websites will check with Spotify before adding more followers. As soon as the follower count goes from 0 to 1,000 both websites will stop even if you ordered 1,000 followers from both.

If two orders are running at the same time you’re not going to get all of the followers you paid for.

So please wait for your order to finish before ordering again.

I ordered the wrong product, can I get a refund?

If you ordered the wrong product and we have already submitted your order to our fulfillment team then there’s nothing we can do to stop it.

Our Refund Policy covers this situation.

Please make sure you ask questions before ordering to avoid this problem in the future.

Why do you need my first and last name?

We don’t really need it but it does help us if you order multiple products over a short period of time. See the FAQ above about ordering multiple services without waiting for the current order to finish.

If you order 1,000 track plays on Monday and then another 2,000 on Tuesday we will probably recognize your name and wait to submit the second order until the first one finishes so that you get all of the units you ordered.

We found that people use multiple email addresses and it was easier to recognize names.

You can give us a stage name if you want…just be sure to use the same one for each order.

We don’t sell your name or email address to anyone.

Why do you need my country code?

We use your country code to see where people are buying followers. We will be adding country-based followers as a new product soon and want to see which countries we should add first.

If we need to contact you about your order we sometimes look at the country code to determine if we should translate our message into your native language using Google Translate.

Why do track plays take so long to complete?

Our fulfillment team plays each track for at least 30 seconds so that you can get royalties from the play.

So if you order 10,000 track plays that would take 13+ days from one device assuming they played at least 2 minutes of the song.

They use more than one device, of course, but there could be 10 customers ahead of you that ordered 500,000 track plays.

We monitor the progress on your order every day and poke our fulfillment team when they are running behind.

Is this service associated with Spotify?

No. This is a totally independent service not associated with the brand Spotify in any way.

Why do I see 37SOLUTIONS on my PayPal statement?

37SOLUTIONS is our parent company. Do not contact them about your order or your payment. They will just send the information to us and it will take longer to answer your question or resolve your problem.

Are these real followers?

No, these are not real people following your account. They will not interact with you or listen to your music. They are only there to attract real people to listen to your music by making you seem popular.

What you need is a full-scale media marketing campaign to promote your music and attract real followers, engaged monthly listeners, royalty-eligible song plays, and track saves. Our parent company’s media marketing team may be able to help you. They have plans starting at $5,000 per month with a 6-month minimum. Contact us if you’re interested.

Are these real song plays?

They are “real” in that your song got played, but no, a “real” person did not listen to your song.

The point of our service is to increase your song plays to attract real people to listen to them. It’s just advertising.

I ordered like 5 minutes ago and I don't see my followers!

Your order is NOT COMPLETED INSTANTLY.

This is a manual process and we are working on automating it to improve fulfillment times.

Each of our products have delivery estimates that you can review at any time by looking at the details under the product you ordered.

Please wait at least three days before contacting support.

Why doesn't my order show up on Spotify's website?
Spotify updates the public stats on their website roughly once per day.

Depending on the timing of your order, you may not see the public website updated for a day or two.

The Spotify desktop app typically updates faster.

The Spotify API (it’s a technical thing) is updated much faster than both and that’s what we use to determine if your order is complete.

After your order is complete you should see your stats updated on all of your devices within 48 hours.

Note that Spotify does not show followers on their website. You can only see them using the Spotify desktop app.

Can these get me blocked?

Be smart about your order. For example, why would someone follow your playlist but not play it? Order both plays and followers to make it look natural.

Other examples: Don’t order 50,000 user followers if your account is 10 minutes old. Don’t order thousands of song plays from multiple websites all at once or your song will get deleted by Spotify. If you order them from us we will make sure they are delivered slowly over several days.

Make sure your purchases mimic what would happen if you sent out an email blast or some other sort of promotion where you got lots of follows or song plays over a couple days.

Will my followers stay forever?

SpotOnFIRE.com will never “remove” or “delete” your Spotify followers after your order is complete.

However, Spotify regularly purges “purchased followers” so don’t expect them to stay forever.

We have no control over when or how many followers will be purged.

Do you offer a subscription or recurring orders?

Not yet but we will be adding that soon™. Until then, please contact us and we can set up a recurring order manually.

What if I want to order in bulk?

Can I call you about my order?

No, we do not have staff available to make or receive phone calls.

Can you "undo" my order?

No. We have no control over your followers once they have been sent.
